3. Service Booking and Payment

A. Appointment Booking

  • All service requests must be submitted through our website, email, or approved booking platforms.

  • Confirmation is required before any services are considered booked.

B. Payment

  • Payments are accepted via HoneyBook, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Cash App, Venmo, or as otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment or deposit is required according to the service agreement.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change.

C. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations for in-person services must be made at least 14 days prior to the event for a full refund of deposits. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may forfeit the deposit.

  • For digital products and courses, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing access.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

4. Digital Products and Courses

A. Access and Use

  • Digital products, including courses, are for personal use only.

  • Account credentials are provided to access purchased content and must not be shared.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of digital content is prohibited.

B. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment for digital products is processed via our third-party providers.

  • All sales are final unless technical issues prevent access, in which case we may offer a replacement or refund.

  • For international clients, all taxes and fees related to digital sales are the responsibility of the purchaser.

C. International Purchases

  • By purchasing digital products outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States for processing.

  • You are responsible for complying with your local laws regarding digital purchases.

5. Media Release and Content

  • By engaging with our services, you grant permission for Metropolitan Makeup and Hair LLC to use photos, videos, or other media featuring you for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

  • Media will be used in a professional manner and will not be sold.

6. Intellectual Property
